Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Solar Spine, a software-as-a-service product operated by Millennial AI (“Millennial AI”, “we”, “us”), a B2B product studio based in India. Please read them — they are short, and they are written to be read.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using Solar Spine, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Solar Spine on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation, and “you” means both you and it. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

Solar Spine is a self-serve CRM platform for solar companies. You start with the core CRM and enable more as your business grows. New workspaces begin with a 30-day free trial — no payment method required. After the trial, a paid workspace — ₹10,000 per workspace per month, or ₹1,00,000 per workspace per year, plus GST, with unlimited users on either — is required to continue making changes; your data stays readable and exportable either way. We continuously improve Solar Spine and may add, change, or retire features; if a change materially reduces core functionality you are paying for, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Workspace administrators control who can join their workspace, what roles members hold, and what data members can see. Actions taken by workspace members are the workspace owner’s responsibility.
• Notify us promptly at hello@millennial-ai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Billing

Paid plans are priced as a flat fee per workspace, not per user — the number of people you add never changes the price. Prices are quoted in INR and are exclusive of GST, which is shown on your invoice.

Billing is by invoice. There is no autopay, no mandate, and no card on file. Millennial AI issues a GST tax invoice for each workspace — monthly plans are invoiced on the 1st of every month; annual plans receive a single yearly invoice, with renewal reminders emailed 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before the year ends. You pay each invoice by UPI or bank transfer using the details on it, and your workspace’s access is extended as soon as the payment is received.

• You can stop at any time by simply not paying the next invoice — nothing renews by itself, and nothing further is owed for periods you have not used. You keep full access to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If an invoice goes unpaid, we email you reminders and editing stays available for a five-day grace period past the paid-up date; after that the workspace locks until it is paid. Your data is never deleted for non-payment and remains exportable throughout.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next invoice. If you do not accept a new price, simply do not renew.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Solar Spine to:

• break any applicable law, or store or distribute unlawful content;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
• probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure, or attempt to access data that is not yours;
• reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service, or misrepresent it as your own;
• upload malware or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practicable.

6. Your data

Your data belongs to you. Everything you and your team put into your workspace — contacts, deals, records, files — remains yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that data in order to run the service. We do not sell your data, and you can export it at any time in standard formats. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Solar Spine fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and we will aim to do so outside typical business hours with advance notice for anything significant.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millennial AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of Solar Spine. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-app before it takes effect. Continued use of Solar Spine after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
